You have an idea and assumptions about who needs it, why they need it and how they behave. But assumptions alone will not tell you whether you are on the right track.
During the Customer Validation Track you learn how to test those assumptions with real potential customers or users.
Across three practical sessions you identify your most important assumptions, turn them into testable hypotheses and create an interview guide that helps you uncover actual behaviour rather than socially desirable answers. You practise your interviewing skills through role-playing, learn how to reach the right people and then put your approach into practice.
In the final session you present and interpret your findings together. What did you learn? Which assumptions held up? Which ones did not? And, most importantly: what does this mean for your next step?
This track is especially relevant if you already have an idea or proposition and want to move from “we think” to “we know”.
