Discover the potential of your innovation
Do you have an innovative idea that could change the world, but are not sure where to start?
Whether you’re a researcher, student or alumnus at Radboud University, Radboudumc or the HAN – or simply someone with an innovative idea – our Discovery Track helps you discover the potential of your innovation.
The Discovery Track is a 4-step entrepreneurship programme based on the Lean Startup method. You’ll explore your customer segment, define your value proposition, and design a business model that works in the real world.

Choose your focus:
• Social Impact: ideal for people who aim to make an impact in society but are not sure if they would like to take on an entrepreneurial role themselves.
• Entrepreneurship: ideal for people considering building a startup to bring their innovation to society.

What you’ll learn:
• Identify potential users, customers, and/or stakeholders.
• Define your value proposition: which problem are you solving, and for whom do you solve this problem?
• Create a business model canvas to map out what your idea needs to succeed.
• Explore pathways to turn your idea into a viable product or service.

Who it’s for:
• Anyone with an innovative idea and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Everyone ready to commit to sessions and independent work.
• People open to feedback and testing their ideas.
